1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Order information — name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and what you bought.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processors. We receive confirmation and the last four digits of the card; we never receive or store the full number.
- Account information, if you create an account.
- Marketing information — your email address and subscription preferences, if you subscribe.
- Waiting-list information — if we cannot yet ship to your state and you ask to be told when that changes, we keep your email address and the state you gave us for that purpose alone. We delete it once we have written to you, or after two years if we have not.
- Device and usage information — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
- Correspondence — what you tell us when you contact us.
3. How we use it
To take and fulfill orders, process payments, arrange delivery, provide customer service, send transactional messages, send marketing email you have asked for, prevent fraud and abuse, understand how the Site is used so we can improve it, and meet legal and tax obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information with service providers who need it to do work for us: our e-commerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, email provider, and analytics provider. They are permitted to use it only to provide that service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The Site uses cookies to keep your cart and session working, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are needed for checkout to function.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Email contact@buggsys.com or write to us at the address below. We will acknowledge your request promptly and respond within 45 days, and we will tell you if we need a single extension to complete it. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will only ask for what is necessary to do that.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, or by contacting us.
7. Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill the order and to meet accounting, tax, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We will post any update here and change the effective date. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
